Beginning with the 25-26 school year, the Southeast Iowa Super Conference will solely be using Bound instead of rSchool. The same will be for the Lone Tree Community School District. In order for your children to be able to participate in athletics beginning with the 25-26 school year, you will have to complete the registration process through Bound. To be approved for participation, all steps must be completed and the sports physical and concussion forms must be uploaded. Once all steps are complete, I will be able to release your child for play. Attached are two documents to help you begin the process.
Again, athletic physicals are good for 12 months plus a grace period of an additional month. Concussion forms only need to be completed one time per year-not sport seasons. We will have everyone complete a concussion form at the beginning of each school year.
