In order for your children to be able to participate in Lone Tree High School and Middle School athletics, you will have to complete the registration process through Bound. To be approved for participation, all steps must be completed and the sports physical and concussion forms must be uploaded. Once all steps are complete, your child can be eligible to play.
Athletic physicals are good for 12 months plus a grace period of an additional month. Concussion forms only need to be completed one time per year-not sport seasons. Everyone will complete a concussion form at the beginning of each school year.
